What is PilotMP?
PilotMP is a marketplace that connects aircraft operators, charter companies, flight departments, and aircraft owners with professional pilots for contract or full-time engagements.
Does PilotMP verify crew credentials?
No. PilotMP does not independently verify certificates, ratings, medicals, training, background, or identity. Crew Members choose what information and documents to share, and Operators conduct their own due diligence before hiring.
How do I hire crew through PilotMP?
Operators and owners can search crew profiles, post a job request, or invite specific crew directly. Once a job relationship is eligible, both parties can message, exchange documents, and confirm assignments through the platform.
What does it cost to use PilotMP?
Crew can join with a Free profile at no cost or upgrade to Professional for additional features. Operators start with a Free account and founding allowance, then choose one-time Contract or Full-Time postings, Professional, or Fleet as their needs grow. See our Pricing page for details.
Can crew create a public profile URL?
Yes. Professional-tier crew members receive a custom public profile URL such as pilotmp.com/crew/your-name that can be shared with operators and viewed without logging in.
