What do one-time job postings cost?
A Contract posting is $39 and stays live for 40 days. A Full-Time posting is $59 and stays live for 60 days. Both are one-time — nothing renews — and include full crew directory access, messaging and document requests while the listing is live.
Is annual billing available?
Yes — Professional and Fleet can be billed annually at a 20% discount ($1,430/year and $1,910/year). The one-time Single Listing is not eligible.
Are there commissions or placement fees?
No. PilotMP is a subscription marketplace. We never take a cut of your day rate or salary.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes prorate on the next billing cycle.
Is there a free operator account?
Yes — signing up is free and gives you the full dashboard, full crew directory access, and a one-time founding allowance of 3 Contract postings (30 days each) and 1 Full-Time posting (60 days). Additional postings use a one-time post or a paid plan.
Do crew members ever pay to be listed?
No. The Free plan is free to join, includes unlimited job applications, and lets crew browse every job. Professional ($12/month, or the $5/month founding rate while it is offered) adds the Confidential Profile, priority placement in the default Crew Search view, a custom profile URL and the Professional badge.
Do you verify credentials?
No. PilotMP facilitates document sharing between operator and crew. All due diligence is the operator's responsibility.
