Is there a cost to create a crew profile?
Creating a profile, receiving matching requests, and applying to jobs is free and unlimited. Professional adds enhanced visibility, privacy, and other premium tools; see Pricing for details.
Does PilotMP take a commission from my pay?
No. PilotMP is a software marketplace. You negotiate rates directly with the operator and keep the full agreement between you.
Who can see my contact information?
Your phone, email, and documents are private by default. They are shared only after you accept an assignment or explicitly choose to share them.
What kinds of jobs can I find?
Operators post contract trips, recurring contract schedules, and full-time positions for pilots.
How do I get more requests?
Keep your profile complete, your availability up to date, and your aircraft types accurate. Complete profiles match more requests.
Can I decline a request?
Yes. You are never obligated to quote or accept an assignment. Declining simply removes that opportunity from your queue.
